Turo shows your payouts. We show your profit.
Track revenue, repairs, loans, insurance and overhead for every car. Enter each expense once from your phone, and see exactly what each vehicle earns and when it pays itself off.
A Turo payout isn't a profit number.
Costs live everywhere
Receipts in your camera roll, loans in a bank app, insurance on a PDF, repairs in a spreadsheet you stopped updating in March.
Reimbursements muddy it
Fuel, tolls and damage come back as income, but they cover costs you already paid. Count them as earnings and the car looks better than it is.
Cash flow isn't profit
A car payment is part interest and part paying off what you own. Mix them up and you can't tell which car is really pulling its weight.
Everything a fleet costs and earns, in one place.
Profit for every car
Operating profit, fully allocated profit and margin per vehicle, by month, year or lifetime. Spot your best and worst car at a glance.
Ten-second entry
Log a car wash or a brake job from the lot. Smart defaults, last-used vendors, receipt photos. One entry updates every report.
Turo import
Upload Turo's earnings export and every trip lands on the right car: revenue, reimbursements, bookings and odometer readings. Re-import any time; nothing is counted twice.
Maintenance that remembers
Service history by category, cost per mile, and reminders when an oil change, rotation or registration is coming due.
Loans, ROI and payback
Principal kept apart from interest. Cash-on-cash return, annualized ROI and a payback date for every car you finance or buy outright.
Overhead, shared fairly
Payroll, co-hosts, trackers and software spread across the fleet equally or by revenue. Recurring bills schedule themselves; you confirm what was paid.

Questions hosts ask
Does it connect to my Turo account?
Turo doesn't offer an API, so there's no login to connect. Instead, download your trip earnings export from Turo and upload it: every trip, payout, reimbursement and odometer reading lands on the right car, and re-importing never double counts.
Is this accounting or tax software?
No. Keys & Cents tracks what each car costs and earns so you can make business decisions. Export your data to your accountant or bookkeeping tool whenever you need to.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It is designed for iPhone first, so you can log a repair at the shop or a fill-up at the pump, and it works on a laptop too.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Every record, with its edit history, exports to Excel or CSV, and any report downloads as a PDF.
Can my co-host or helper use it?
Yes. Give them their own login to log expenses and mileage, while you keep the financials to yourself.
